About Me

In my 20+ years as a designer, I’ve witnessed the everyday world change in remarkable ways that have impacted how we live our lives—all the way down to the most mundane acts, like turning the lights on. It is exciting to be a designer in these times, and responsible for shaping the way new experiences are delivered, with a focus on the betterment of life for individuals and communities.

My mission is to help companies deliver meaningful customer experiences that leverage new technology, new organizational structures, and cultural shifts that demand visionary change. I am goal-oriented, curious, passionate about all that I set my mind to, and willing to take risks in order to capture opportunities and achieve goals—for myself, my employer, and my clients

I put these qualities in action every day as a creative leader, in building a UX/CX focused business offering; in motivating teams with humor, humility, and encouragement; and in working with clients to find solutions to challenging and nebulous business problems. Creative thinking is my business tool, and I know how to help others get out of the comfort zone to drive innovation.

My expertise includes retail experience design and healthcare experience design, which make a formidable combination as the healthcare industry transforms to meet consumer demands with more patient-centric experiences. My retail clients include Amazon, Best Buy, Whole Foods, and Gap, Inc. brands. My healthcare clients include Medtronic, AARP, and stealth startups.
